Here at Philip Martin, we specialise in selling residential property throughout Cornwall and we have been doing so for over 37 years. We sell a wide variety of property across all price bands throughout. As the estate agents for hundreds of clients across the Duchy, we make it our mission to work hard, to do our best, and to be approachable to everyone. 

All properties are made available through both our Truro and Roseland offices. Our Truro office is situated in the City centre in a prominent position at the corner of Cathedral Lane and St. Marys Street, opposite the Cathedral itself and enjoys a high level of pedestrian traffic. Our Roseland office is overlooking the sea alongside the car park in one of the busiest parts St Mawes.
