Scale Of Fees For Landlords
At Philip Martin, we offer transparent and competitive landlord fees in Cornwall through two main service options: Set-Up (Tenant Find Only) or Full Property Management. Both are designed to provide peace of mind and professional support at every stage of the letting process.
Tenant Find Service (Set-Up Only)
Our tenant find service in Cornwall is ideal for landlords who want to let their property and manage it themselves once the tenancy begins. This service includes:

Advertising and marketing your property to prospective tenants

Conducting viewings and assessing tenant suitability

Negotiating tenancy terms between landlord and tenant
