The Guild shines at the 22nd Annual ESTAS Awards

The Guild of Property Professionals is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its Members at the 22nd Annual ESTAS Awards, as well as its own Supplier Award for the Best in Sector 2025 Agency Network, rated by agents.
Held at the iconic Grosvenor House in London, the ESTAS honours the finest estate and letting agents in the UK, with winners determined exclusively by client feedback based on their experiences at the end of property transactions. This year, Guild Members received awards across multiple categories, including 18 Gold, 8 Silver and 7 Bronze. The coveted title of Guild Agent of the Year 2025 was awarded to Webbs Rugeley.

The Guild also walked away with the Supplier Award for Best in Sector 2025, Agency Network as rated by agents.
