As an independent Cornish firm we recognise the importance of customer care to potential buyers and to our vendors. The main ethos of the firm is to provide a professional and high quality service to our clients.
Our Truro office is situated in the City centre in a prominent position opposite the Cathedral itself and enjoys a high level of pedestrian traffic. Our Roseland office is overlooking the sea in St Mawes in one of the busiest parts of the village.
We advertise all clients properties prominently across print, digital and social media platforms including the use of video. We aim to give the widest coverage to our clients by advertising on Rightmove, our own website and Onthemarket.com. We also have a large mailing list and individual properties are either posted or emailed to prospective purchasers on a daily basis. In a time when websites and email are the norm, we still give great weight to the importance of high quality sales particulars and produce bespoke brochures, often incorporating floor plans and ordnance survey extracts.
Once a buyer has been found and a sale has been agreed we then work between all parties inlcuding the buyer and seller, both solicitors, mortgage companies and surveyors in order to keep the sale together and help move it safely to exchange of contracts and completion. This is a vital aspect of the process which is often over looked by sellers when instructing an estate agent.
The firm has four partners headed up by Senior Partner Philip Martin together with Steven Jenkin, James Harvey and Sean Johnston. All four partners come from Cornish families and three share a similar agricultural background. Philip Martin and Steven Jenkin are both members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
