Born in the market town of Helston and grew up in the nearby fishing village of Porthleven, his parents owned and ran the family butchers as well as a small Bed & Breakfast over the shop. After leaving Helston School he gained qualifications in sport at Truro College and subsequently worked for local schools and Cornwall Council coaching children a wide range of different sports.
Sean joined the firm as a trainee in 2006 and quickly progressed to a sales negotiator a year later before joining the partnership in 2011. He became a member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2008 after studying from St Austell College and earned a National Diploma in Surveying Practice in 2012 from Reading University.

What is the favourite property you have dealt with?
Tregidgeo House near Grampound in 2018, it was a restored Cornish Farmhouse with real history and it was set in a couple of acres of grounds. My dream home.
What is your favourite area of Cornwall and why?
The Roseland Peninsula. It's beautiful and it has everything. Beaches, castles, coves, pretty villages, proper pubs, rivers, walks and amazing places to eat.
