A message from the partners

Firstly, we hope this message finds you well. Never before have we found ourselves in circumstances such as these and it is a challenge for all of us, and a challenge in so many different ways. There are so many things we would like to say and so many people we would like to thank but all we can say today is thank you.

Thank you to anyone who is making a difference, no matter how big or how small, it all matters.

Now, it may not appear to be an ideal time to be thinking about selling, however, this is the perfect time to get prepared - read our article here on what we recommend sellers need to do in readiness for marketing when the time is right. From painting and decorating to gardening and de-cluttering, there are a number of key things that you need to do to make sure that your property stands out from the rest. Don't forget, if you have any questions about what you need to do then please contact us. You can still reach us on the phone or email and we can talk you through it. We’ve been helping our clients with all of their property needs for almost 35 years so we know what it takes to sell property. Buying or selling a property can be one of the most important transactions most of us will ever undertake and that’s why it makes sense to ensure you have the best possible people at your service.

Although we are unable to provide market appraisals at the moment we are very happy to discuss your property over the phone and we can look to arrange an appraisal for you. Our lives may feel as if they have been turned upside down but there will be a point where ‘normal’ day-to-day life will resume, and we are going to be working hard over the coming weeks and months to help people move, both on sales and lettings. If you are thinking about buying or selling, letting or renting, then we want to hear from you and we want to help you be ready so that when that time comes Philip Martin are best placed to help.

And finally, if you are self-isolating and you need someone to talk to then pick up the phone and speak to us. We are only a phone call away. Caring about the happiness of others is where we find our own.
