Residential lettings have seen a huge growth in the last few years
and the property management department has been set up since 1999
to give specialist professional advice and assistance regarding
tenancy related matters. The department is extremely busy with an
ever growing register of properties in all areas of Mid and West
Cornwall and varying from flats and terraced townhouses to waterside
bungalows and secluded character cottages.
Apart from general advice and appraisals of properties, there are two main levels of service that can be provided: firstly, a setting up service involving advertising for tenants for a given property, careful vetting of applicants, preparing legal paperwork and handling the initial payment of rent. Alternatively the service can be extended to provide full management of the tenancy and with all matters taken care of for a single monthly fee.
