Philip Martin Lettings Limited is a sister company owned and run by the four partners within Philip Martin. We currently look after in the region of 640 residential properties for a variety of landlords ranging from single investors to portfolio holders from within the UK and overseas then we have a range of property to rent in Truro and mid Cornwall. Unlike many other letting agents we are governed by the strict codes of practice laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of which we are members and this includes a requirement to "ring fence" clients' money and tenancy deposits as well as hold high levels of professional indemnity insurance. We are regularly audited by the RICS and are required to submit an annual return. Tenancy deposits are registered with the Dispute Service Limited and the additional security that we can offer is seen as invaluable by many of our clients.
