The Truro office is situated in the town centre in a prominent position at the corner of Cathedral Lane and St Mary's Street, opposite the cathedral itself. This corner position allows us to enjoy a high level of pedestrian traffic and all properties for sale are displayed to this audience. View location map

Between the two offices, we currently have eleven members of staff:

All staff members possess in-depth local knowledge and are committed to providing a courteous and professional service to our clients and customers.

Opening hours are 9am until 5.30pm on weekdays and 9am until 3pm on Saturdays. The offices are closed on Sundays but is open on most Bank Holiday Mondays from 10am until 12pm.

Established in 1986, Philip Martin is an independently owned estate agency covering Mid and West Cornwall and dealing with a wide variety of properties in all price ranges.

We have two offices, both are staffed by committed local people, able to advise on a range of property related matters, whilst Philip Martin and Steven Jenkin are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S.) and are able to advise on more specific matters such as:

Marketing

Advertising takes place at a local, regional and national level. Most emphasis is placed on two local publications, "The West Briton", covering Mid and West Cornwall and "The Western Morning News" covering the South West peninsula, whilst we also make use of several national publications including:

Our mailing list contains details of many applicant's nationwide and overseas, as well as throughout the county and is continually updated with the requirements of new applicant's. Particulars of properties new to the market are carefully matched to each applicant's requirements and are forwarded as they become available.


The sale particulars themselves are most attractively presented with colour photographs as standard. Several formats may be utilised, ranging from brochures in company colours to individually designed glossy brochures, dependent on the scale of the property.
