In April I instructed an online estate agent to sell the house.  Although there were a number of viewings and offers, marketing the house online proved to be an error. The problem I found was that there was no personal contact, follow-up or local knowledge and I took the decision to withdraw from the contract. James was very positive and reassured me that he could sell the house. Very quickly a brochure was produced, a picture put in your window and a good online advert produced.  Viewings happened within a week and were managed professionally by your team.  With the previous agents I had to carry out all viewings myself.
